Cancelling the subscription

The subscription starts at ₹1 for the first three days and then renews at ₹500 per month through the UPI AutoPay or card mandate approved at checkout. Later months renew at ₹500 until cancelled. The ₹1 and every ₹500 charge are non-refundable once collected.

You can cancel from the billing screen in the workspace or by writing to support. Cancellation stops the next automatic debit. The current paid period continues to its end, and access is not cut off on the day you cancel.

If you cancel before the third day ends, the move to ₹500 does not happen. If you cancel later, the next monthly debit does not happen and the month already paid for remains usable to its end.

Stopping the use of the workspace

You can stop using the workspace at any time: signing out ends the session on that browser, and an account is closed through the module's own administration.

Closing an account does not by itself erase the module's records. What is kept and for how long is decided by the retention rules and the privacy policy, not by a cancellation.

If the cancel control is not available

If the workspace does not show a cancel control, write to support from the registered email with the payment reference. The cancellation is recorded and the next automatic debit is stopped.
